Job Responsibilities:

Engaged in exploring structural activity relationship for small molecule therapeutic projects. Responsible for the design, optimization and implementation of synthetic routes, prepartion and analysis of compounds, professional and timely recording of experimental details; participate in laboratory safety and daily management.   

Job Requirements:

Education: BS or MS

Major: organic, medicinal or pharmaceutical chemistry:

Experience: 0-2 years experience in synthetic or medicinal chemistry 

Solid experimental skills, literature retrieval and evaluation, and the ability to solve problems quickly;

Skillful at synthetic route design and execution;

Familiar with the preparation, separation and analysis of organic compounds;

Good communication and coordination skills, responsible, proactive;

Language: reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in both Chinese and English
